Return and Exchange Policy
At The Lady Lotus | Femme Lotus, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and outstanding customer service. If you experience an issue with your order, please carefully read our return and exchange policy before contacting us.
1. Quality Guarantee
We offer a one-year warranty on our jewelry against manufacturing defects and abnormal discoloration due to material or plating defects. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by misuse (snagging, contact with chemicals, impacts, etc.)
- Jewelry that is broken or bent due to improper use
If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace it (subject to stock availability) or offer an exchange.
2. Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery for online orders) to request a return or exchange, under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with intact packaging.
- Items must show no signs of use or damage.
- Discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Piercings (nose and earrings) are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns or exchanges requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- Within 30 days of purchase or delivery under the conditions listed above
- The item has a manufacturing defect (photo proof required within 48 hours of receipt)
- The item is out of stock and we cannot proceed with an exchange
- An error occurred in your order
Outside of these situations, no refunds will be granted. We encourage exchanges for items of equal or higher value (with payment of the difference if applicable).
4. Promotional Items and Final Sales
Discounted or promotional items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
Jewelry discounted by more than 10% is not covered by the one-year warranty.
5. Damaged Jewelry and Repairs
Jewelry that is broken, bent, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.
If repair is possible, we offer a free repair service to our customers.
If the item cannot be repaired, unfortunately, we will not be able to intervene.
6. Return Procedure
If you meet the above conditions and wish to request a return, exchange, or repair, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at info@theladylotus.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
- Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back. Returns without approval will not be processed.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange, repair, or refund according to our policy.
7.Duties & Taxes
Canada:
No duties or import taxes apply to orders shipped within Canada.
United States:
Orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to duties or import taxes upon arrival. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
