We are based in Montreal, Canada. All orders are shipped by us from our office in Montreal.

Your purchase will be dispatched in less than 2 days. During holidays and sales please allow an extra day for us to be able to handle all incoming orders.

Delivery times will depend on where you’re located, and the service of your choice.

*Indicated delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

No taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

We ship to Canada, the United States of America and France, although we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Signature will not be required upon delivery on either of our shipping services expect US and France express deliveries.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return/exchange window for all customers in Canada and the United States of America. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered.

The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging without any signs of usage.

Please note that your refund will be processed within 2-7 business days  from the time we receive the returned items in our office. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email. For more details, please check our Payments FAQs.

My orders

You’ll receive an order confirmation e-mail once the purchase is complete, the order number will be provided there. The order will also be associated on your customer profile in our website.

If you’re having trouble finding your order number, please contact us via info@theladylotus.com and provide your purchaser name or email.

Please note that as our team is constantly making efforts to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible,we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

Please send an email to info@theladylotus.com, if the order was not sent out when our support assistant reads your request, he/she may be able to cancel it.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order is shipped out. You’ll be given a tracking link, so you’ll be able to follow the package on the courier’s platform.

product care

When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the box it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintain colour. To keep your piece looking its best, gently wipe the surface with the polishing cloth included in your order. If possible, remove your jewerly, when applying scents, lotions and sprays.

You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods. Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

Credit card or Debit Visa Card

If you have The Lady Lotus account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank.

Paypal

Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account.

Please note that The Lady Lotus cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item at our office,it will take up to 2-7 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email. Please note that the shipping fees, if applied to your order, are not refundable.

From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end.

Paypal

Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account!

Simply enter the discount code by using the button found in cart! A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied.
