Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return/exchange window for all customers in Canada and the United States of America. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered.
The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging without any signs of usage.
Return and exchange policy
At The Lady Lotus | Femme Lotus, we are committed to offering quality jewelry and impeccable service. If you encounter a problem with your order, please read our return and exchange policy carefully before contacting us.
1. Quality guarantee
We offer a one-year warranty on our jewelry against manufacturing defects and abnormal discoloration due to faulty material or plating. This guarantee does not cover :
Normal wear and tear over time
Damage caused by misuse (hanging, contact with chemicals, shocks, etc.)
Jewelry broken or twisted by inappropriate use.
If a piece of jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace it while stocks last, or to offer you an exchange.
2. Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery for online orders) to request a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and with their packaging intact.

Items must show no signs of use or deterioration.

Discounted or promotional items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Nose and ear piercings are final sales for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Returns or exchanges after the deadline will not be accepted.
3. Refund conditions
Refunds will only be made in the following cases:
Within 30 days of purchase or delivery under the above conditions.
The item has a manufacturing defect (photo proof required within 48 hours of receipt).

The product is out of stock and we are unable to make an exchange.

An error has been made in your order.

Apart from these situations, no refund will be granted. We favor exchanges for an item of the same or greater value (with payment of the difference if applicable).
4. Promotional items and final sales
Promotional and discounted items are final sales. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
Jewelry on sale (more than 10% off) is not covered by the one-year warranty.
5. Damaged jewelry and repairs
Jewelry broken, twisted or damaged by the customer cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If repair is possible, we offer a free repair service to our customers.
If repair is not possible, we will unfortunately not be able to intervene.
6. Returns procedure
If you meet the above conditions and wish to make a return, exchange or repair, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service department at info@theladylotus.com with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the jewel.

Please wait for our confirmation before returning the item. Returns without approval will not be processed.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will proceed with an exchange, repair or refund according to our policies.
7. Hygiene-Sensitive Items Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and piercing jewelry are not eligible for returns or exchanges, whether worn or unworn.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your request and provide the appropriate solution.
8. Duties & Taxes
Canada:
No duties or import taxes apply to orders shipped within Canada.
United States:
Orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to duties or import taxes upon arrival. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

- Exception : Les piercings et boucles d'oreilles restent exclus de cette politique pour des raisons d'hygiène
